**What's this role about?**

Global Payroll Processing and Compliances

**Here's how you'll contribute**:
1. To Handle the multi country payroll and ensure the salary payouts are on time
2. To understand the local statutory environment and take care of compliances
3. Liase with auditors (both internal and Statutorily appointed auditors) and provide the necessary data to ensure smooth closure of audits
4. Keep a track on legal updates and ensure all the necessary deduction, benefits as applicable are duly implemented
5. Coordinate with HR team on implementing new initiative and policies

6. Accounting of payroll entries and preparation of schedules
