About the Role:
In this leadership position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships in the Gurugram and Faridabad regions. You will lead a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns that drive growth and expansion.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide ongoing training and development to improve team skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to help them improve their performance.
Salary Range:
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive benefits such as medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

- Proven experience in sales management and business development with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
