We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our insurance operations team. As an Associate – Insurance Operations, you will play a key role in supporting our core insurance processes, delivering high-quality service to stakeholders, and helping us maintain our operational excellence.
- Deliver a meticulous and streamlined administrative service.
- Perform loss run pulling activities with accuracy and consistency.
- Manage policy data, implement robust quality controls, and foster collaboration across teams.
- Process daily transactions as per targets set by the process.
- Effectively manage and accommodate change within the team.
- Follow all organizational policies.
- Organize/participate in divisional level and organization level activities.
- Ensure on-time weekly/monthly reporting.
- Liaise with other departments as necessary.
- Engage in process-oriented and personal skill enhancement trainings.
- Understand customer requests and input accurate information into IT systems.
- Take ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Consider the broader picture and recognize the importance of each process.
- Communicate clearly with customers to ensure mutual understanding.
- Proactively manage workflows to meet performance indicators and service standards.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks to uphold operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Graduation in any discipline
- Previous work experience in relevant industry (not mandatory)
- Moderate to Excellent Computer skills; ability to work in MS Office systems is an added advantage.
- Good analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail, and business process orientation
- Flexibility to work in different shifts
