Job Role Overview:
The Administrative Services Manager position oversees all organizational functions and human resources activities within the entity. This dynamic professional will handle multiple tasks, support operational efficiency, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- New employee onboarding and proper orientation processes.
- Management of administrative staff and coordination of their activities for smooth office functioning.
- Payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements scheduling and coordination.
- Handling correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping.
- Budgeting and expense tracking for operational assistance.
- Employee records management, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.
- HR policies and procedures development and implementation in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Employee relations issues handling, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Office operations management, including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sensitive and confidential information handling with discretion.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Independent work ability and teamwork collaboration.
