Job Overview

This role is for an experienced candidate who has worked in high-end hotels, having been involved in various core functions so as to come on board and provide exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.

  • Managing day-to-day operations: Handling Front Desk duties, check-ins/outs, billing, Answering phone calls, emails, responding to inquiries.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient Front Desk functions, identifying any lapses and rectifying them in real-time.
  • Administering front office functions on a daily basis.
  • Implementing, reviewing, and improving processes continuously.
  • Filling in duties as needed in case of absence or peak workload.
  • Maintaining accurate records of billing, recovery, and payments, working closely with the accounts team.
  • Monitoring and overseeing all guest services daily.
  • Identifying critical guests, VIP arrivals, meeting and greeting, and attending to guests as necessary.
  • Providing information on short-term and long-term stays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to write professional emails and draft documents.
  • Hospitality attitude and aptitude, customer-centric, effective communication.
  • Thorough organization and supervisory skills.
  • Natural team player, patient, negotiation skills, resolving disputes and grievances calmly with stakeholders.
  • Graduate or post-graduate preferably in hotel management.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in high-end hotels.
