We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hospitality professional to join our team in Mangalore, India.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all food items meet customer expectations while maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Operations:
- Evaluate service delivery performance against client expectations.
- Develop strategies for menu rotation and new product offerings.
- Taste food before service begins to ensure quality.
- Conceptualize promotional ideas for special events and festivals.
- Growth and Profitability:
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement retail offers and value-added services to enhance profitability.
- Monitor cash flow and provide solutions to minimize discrepancies.
- Cash and Debtors Management:
- Accurately manage cash handling and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely invoicing and communication with clients.
- People Management and Training:
- Lead and motivate on-site teams including cooks, MPWs, stewards, and cashiers.
- Implement staff welfare programs and HR processes.
- Communication and Client Retention:
- Maintain open communication with clients regarding services and additional business opportunities.
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction and retention.
- Wastage Control and Cost Management:
- Monitor daily leftover records to inform production planning.
- Minimize waste and implement recycling initiatives.
- Legal Compliances:
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Systems Implementation and Process Management:
- Develop and implement operational systems and processes.
- Document and maintain work procedures.
- Procurement and Inventory Management:
- Oversee daily raw material procurement and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- IHM pass out with 10 years of experience in the industry.
Required Skills:
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and costs effectively.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality.
