Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Architect to spearhead our design development and execution projects, ensuring that designs meet the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into project scope and context analysis.
  • Develop and articulate detailed design briefs in alignment with client vision.
  • Prioritize architectural plans that strike an optimal balance between functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.
  • Negotiate plan submissions and secure approvals from relevant boards and authorities.
  • Identify and collaborate with external consultants (primary architects, facility planners, MEP, HVAC).
  • Ensure seamless integration of design integrity throughout project development and execution.
  • Manage vendor selection, contracting, and relationships effectively.
  • Foster coordination with operating teams to ensure operational needs are met.
  • Serve as a liaison between creative design intent and practical project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 4–10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or large-scale developments.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and approval processes.
  • A proven track record of leading design development and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants (structural, MEP, HVAC, etc.) and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans.
  • Experience in hospitality projects is highly valued.
