Lead Patient Care Operations

Medanta Hospital is seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to lead and manage Outpatient and Inpatient services with a focus on operational excellence and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures for Front Office, Admission, and Discharge operations.
  • Ensure effective manpower planning and optimal deployment across all patient care areas.
  • Plan and coordinate for the future expansion and growth of the department.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, diagnostic, and treatment teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
  • Supervise front office operations and staffing on a daily basis.
  • Design, conduct, and coordinate training programs to upskill and engage the team.
  • Oversee departmental operations, including staffing levels, process evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document operating procedures to identify opportunities and develop solutions for enhancing efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Master's/Bachelor's in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong experience in managing both Outpatient and Inpatient services.
  • Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead large teams and drive training & development initiatives.
  • Patient-Centric Approach: Commitment to delivering efficient and high-quality patient experiences.
  • Strategic & Collaborative Mindset: Ability to plan for department growth and coordinate effectively with clinical teams.
