Job Title: Service Delivery Expert

 

Job Description:

The role of a Service Delivery Expert is to manage the delivery of services to customers. This includes coordinating with various teams, ensuring timely completion of projects, and meeting customer expectations.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mobility Technologies: Fundamental understanding of Cisco Mobility technologies, including Cisco Gateways (PGW, SGW, MGW, SAEGW), Mobility Core Network Architecture (4G/5G), Call flows and protocols (GTP, Diameter, etc.)
  • Cloud-Native Mobility Infrastructure & Virtualization: Experience or understanding of Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments for mobility solutions
  • Scripting and Automation: Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Ansible, Python) for managing cloud-based mobility workloads
  • Cisco Mobility Solutions: Experience in deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of Cisco Mobility solutions
