Job Title: Delivery Boy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and responsible Delivery Boy to join our team. The role involves delivering packages, documents, and goods to various destinations in a safe, timely, and professional manner while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely Deliveries: Safely load, transport, and deliver flowers and gifts to customers at various locations.
  • Product Care: Handle flowers with care to maintain freshness, arrangement shape, and presentation quality.
  • Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients during deliveries, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Vehicle Care: Ensure the delivery vehicle is fueled, clean, and maintained in good working condition.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate delivery records, obtain necessary signatures, and report any delivery issues promptly.

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

  • Two-wheeler is a must with a valid driving license.
  • Good knowledge of local routes, roads, and traffic regulations.
  • Ability to use GPS and navigation systems.
  • Basic cash-handling skills for order payments on delivery and maintain receipts.
  • Previous experience in delivery services will be an advantage.
