We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to stores and offices, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Vendor management, vendor payments, and related management information system.
- Create a delightful experience by being responsible for end-to-end administrative support to stores and office.
- Maintenance of assets, pest control, service & repair.
- Oversee and coordinate events.
- Travel management.
- Inventory management of supplies and assets.
- Manage HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants to ensure a hygienic workplace and smooth operations.
- Responsible for procurement, PO, GRN, invoice processing.
- Recommend cost-saving options.
- Procuring/renewal of admin-related licenses and MIS.
- Audit workplace to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organised approach to multitasking.
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Willing to travel within and outside Bangalore.
