Job Description

As a senior delivery specialist, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Banking-as-a-Service solutions for enterprise clients.

  • You will manage client onboarding, solution design, and implementation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client discovery sessions to capture business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Translate client needs into actionable delivery plans covering integrations, deployment models, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee solution design and platform assessments ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementations.
  • Support client integration, UAT, and go-live activities providing guidance on best practices for infrastructure, automation, and security.
  • Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Document reusable patterns and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
