Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Dakshina Kannada. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, providing professional guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales, Sales Strategy, and Sales Management skills
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Market Research and Analysis experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and result-oriented approach
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
