Job Opportunity: Chief Financial Officer

A seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is required to be a strategic partner to our leadership team.

As the guardian of financial integrity, you will champion internal accrual-based growth and develop a world-class finance function.

The core challenge lies in navigating growth through internal resources while ensuring corporate governance.

  • Financial Excellence & Disciplined Growth:
    • Spearhead long-term financial planning, with meticulous investment and capital project planning from internal accruals.
    • Develop sophisticated financial models integrating capex, working capital, and profit flows for sustainable growth under a no-debt policy.
  • Internal Controls & Compliance:
    • Design comprehensive internal control frameworks and audit systems, focusing on manufacturing, R&D, and global operational integrity.
    • Ensure compliance with Indian and international accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory mandates.
  • Corporate Governance & Secretarial:
    • Lead the Corporate Secretarial function, ensuring full compliance with corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and Listing Agreement requirements.
    • Oversee stock exchange filings, disclosures, and communications, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
    • Advise the Board and senior management on corporate governance best practices and compliance matters.
  • Accurate Accounting & Reporting:
    • Lead timely financial closings and reporting, ensuring precision and adherence to deadlines.
    • Take ownership of statutory audits, tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and all regulatory filings.
  • Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
    • Direct treasury functions, emphasizing optimal liquidity, precise cash flow forecasting, and judicious investment of surplus funds.
    • Implement risk management protocols for forex, vendor, and customer exposures.
  • Proactive Taxation Strategy:
    • Architect proactive tax planning strategies, specializing in export incentives, international taxation, and transfer pricing.
  • Audit, Cost Management & Expense Control:
    • Champion high-performing internal audit functions, conducting deep-dive reviews into plant operations, cost control mechanisms, and supply chain efficiencies.
    • Lead the Costing and Expense Monitoring departments, establishing robust systems for cost ascertainment, analysis, control, and reporting.
    • Drive initiatives for cost optimization and efficiency improvements, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Collaborative Business Partnering & Team Development:
    • Act as a key financial business partner, aligning financial strategies with operational, R&D, HR, and commercial objectives.
    • Mentor and inspire a high-caliber finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • External Representation & Governance:
    • Serve as the primary financial spokesperson with media, analysts, industry bodies, and banking partners.
    • Represent the company in relevant international forums and provide financial governance oversight for EU subsidiaries.
