This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules.

We seek a skilled professional with extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting these modules in global environments. Your strong technical skills will enable you to lead end-to-end implementation and support of RCM, RMK, and ONB modules.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in collaborating with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and maintaining career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test scripts.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3+ years in RCM, 3+ years in RMK, and 2+ years in ONB.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and support of these modules.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in remote/VDI-based environments.

SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in RCM, RMK, or ONB are highly preferred.
