SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant

Our organization is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors implementation consultant to join our team. As an expert in HR transformation and process improvement, you will be responsible for advising stakeholders on the technical and functional implementation of various SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and consult on the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with existing systems and third-party solutions.
  • Design and implement integrations for core HR business processes, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing disruptions.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including system setup, documentation, and testing scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors into the overall IT landscape.
  • Ensure quality assurance and revision of project deliverables, supporting testing activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 4 years focused on SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Familiarity with additional SuccessFactors modules, such as Performance and Goal Management, Compensation, is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of SaaS solutions, web technologies, and business integration solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically, collaborate effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is mandatory; SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay certification is desirable.
  • A degree in computer sciences, information systems, business administration, or equivalent professional experience is required.
