SAP SuccessFactors Expert Role

We are seeking an accomplished SAP SuccessFactors expert to drive transformative programs for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter authority across SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules.
  • Lead solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for global clients.
  • Provide hands-on functional delivery and ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Drive discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions.
  • Participate actively in pre-sales cycles including RFP responses, estimations, and solution demos.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 7+ years in SuccessFactors implementation & consulting.
  • Proven expertise in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting covering the complete Hire-to-Retire process.
  • Strong experience in cross-module integrations with SAP ERP, Non-SAP systems, Payroll, Benefits, and other enterprise applications.
