SAP SuccessFactors Expert

As a seasoned professional in Human Capital Management (HCM), we are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors expert to join our team.

  • About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with 5+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • The ideal candidate will have subject matter expertise in talent management business processes and knowledge of current HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes.
  2. Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes.
  3. Validate configurations through testing plans and scripts.
  4. Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validation.
  5. Train end-users on specific processes and applications.
  6. Provide post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests.
  7. Transfer knowledge to the customer for ongoing maintenance support.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Associate or Professional certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Subject matter expertise in talent management business processes.
  • Knowledgeable of current HR policies and practices and able to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective.
  • Ability to elicit and document business requirements.
