Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions to align with client requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices in human capital management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive integration with existing systems.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to facilitate seamless system adoption.
  • Support system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Analyze client business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP HCM or SuccessFactors consultant with a strong background in banking.
  • Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
  • Experience with system integration and data migration in SAP environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
