SAP HCM Functional Consultants to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in SAP HCM modules including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and IDoc configurations, along with team leadership experience. Candidates from auditing backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a functional consultant in SAP HCM modules – OM, PA, and HR Mini Masters.

  • Configure and support HR master data processes and integrations, including IDocs and system interfaces.

  • Handle end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of HCM modules.

  • Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams to translate HR requirements into functional solutions.

  • Lead a team of consultants and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.

  • Provide functional expertise and hands-on support for SAP HCM configuration, testing, and go-live phases.

  • Ensure data consistency, compliance, and performance within the HCM landscape.

  • Drive continuous improvement through process enhancement and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ to 7+ years of experience in SAP HCM Functional consulting, based on level.

  • Mandatory team leadership experience (team size: 3–10).

  • Strong understanding of OM, PA, IDoc configurations, and core HR functional processes.

  • Good knowledge of end-user requirements, testing, and documentation.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Must be from a non-auditing background.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud HCM solutions is a plus.

  • Exposure to multi-country HCM implementations or rollouts.

  • Familiarity with integration tools and data migration strategies.
