Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: 5+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve L3 tickets in coordination with Assistant Product Managers.

  • Support enhancement requests, business operational requests, and service request fulfillment.

  • Manage quality planning and control (QC/QA) activities.

  • Develop requirements and validate designed enhancements.

  • Analyze and interpret diverse requirements from multiple countries.

  • Collaborate with teams to classify and prioritize process/product defects and make decisions based on assessments.

  • Coordinate work efforts between products and modules.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

  • Strong technical/functional knowledge in SAP HCM, HR Mini Master, and SuccessFactors.

  • Proficiency in SAP standard IDOC program and processing.

  • Experience with SAP HR integration to CRM, SRM, C4C, and AP.

  • Knowledge of GRC security setup and process.

  • Background job scheduling and processing expertise.

  • ABAP skills preferred.

  • Hands-on experience in SAP HR configuration and setup.

  • Understanding of SAP integration with Controlling and cost center creation.

  • Experience in SAP HR org structure and HR Mini Master setup.

  • Skilled in SAP HR reporting.

  • Strong presentation, demonstration, communication, and client-facing skills.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • SAP HCM certification preferred.
