Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Expert

 

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules, with a proven track record of implementing and supporting these solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing support of RCM, RMK, and ONB modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities.
  • Design and maintain career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows that align with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, functional specifications, and test scripts to support the success of these projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3+ years in RCM, 3+ years in RMK, and 2+ years in ONB.
  • Hands-on expertise in configuration, integration, and support of these modules, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
  • Experience working in remote or VDI-based environments, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in RCM, RMK, or ONB is an asset.
