Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to spearhead all on-ground marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of offline initiatives such as open houses, orientations, RWA activations, interschool competitions, and community events.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offline Marketing Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual offline marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
    • Identify key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
    • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
  • Event Management & Execution
    • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, school orientations, RWA activations, interschool competitions, workshops, and fairs.
    • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
    • Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
    • Handle negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with the admissions team, creative/content teams, and digital marketing team to ensure effective alignment of offline efforts with online campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Budget Management
    • Own the offline marketing budget; ensure judicious use of resources.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, communications, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing offline campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.

  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Schedule & Travel:

  • A willingness to work on weekends, especially during peak admission periods.
  • Local travel required for event execution and community engagement.
