We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage our presence on the popular social media platform, Reddit. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging content strategies that align with our brand values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and high-quality posting on relevant subreddits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, including written posts, images, and videos.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to inform future content strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends on Reddit to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in community management, social media marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette, and rules.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt tone per subreddit.
  • Experience with content creation, scheduling, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a growth, business development, or community manager role.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, outreach automation, and SEO principles.
  • Ability to craft compelling and engaging posts that spark discussions.
