Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to drive our business development efforts. This key role is responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with various organizations, including corporations and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and negotiate programs with HR, L&D, or CSR heads to drive corporate & CSR partnerships.
  • Secure new business through funded scholarships and strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).
  • Manage and expand collaborations with Government & Skill Mission Projects, focusing on initiatives like NSDC.
  • Oversee and develop Internship & Placement Initiatives to ensure successful student outcomes.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with University Collaborations.
  • Influence Admissions & Revenue Impact through all partnership activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in program design and project management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A results-driven approach with a clear focus on revenue and admissions growth.
