Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts. As a Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract top talent and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams
  • Any bachelor's degree
  • Strong relationships with stakeholders, including other teams, management, and clients
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
