Job Title: Chief Talent Acquisition StrategistWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and executing successful recruitment strategies.Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans for all levels.
  • Identify and leverage various hiring channels and internal referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze employment applications and background check reports for candidates in the offer stage.
  • Ensure accurate attendance tracking for error-free payroll calculation and processing.
  • Conduct exit procedures, including exit documents and interviews.
  • Resolve conflicts and manage employee issues and grievances.
  • Lead employee surveys to maximize participation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Any graduate with 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and policies.
  • Compensation best practices, including payroll, bonus systems, and allowances.
Competency Skills:
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Action orientation, problem-solving, and result-driven approach.
