  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events to promote the company.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 12-14 years of experience in Technology/IT industry hiring.
  • Experience of hiring skillsets like RPA, A360, hiring, Dot net core, Automation testing, Agile, ETL, RPA support, etc.
  • Good sourcing skills and ability to guide/coach the team on their targets, new sourcing methodologies, hiring process, SLAs, ensuring team meets the hiring targets.
  • Proven experience as a People Manager or in a similar role.
