Our diverse customer base comprises over 200 Fortune 1000 companies and mid-size enterprises seeking to automate and streamline their receivables and treasury processes without the need for an ERP platform.
Job SummaryThis role focuses on elevating the experience of assigned talent pools throughout the employee lifecycle. As an Employee Experience Partner, you will be responsible for championing our organization's culture and driving core values & leadership principles into the DNA of our employees.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Talent Management, talent engagement & retention, performance management, Employer Branding, talent onboarding, and data analytics from a Human Resources standpoint.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycles and experiences for assigned employee groups from various departments.
- Support new joiners through New Hire Assimilation Programs, including Buddy Programs and meet & greet sessions.
- Engage top talent by conducting pulse connects, employee surveys, output-driven employee connects, rewards, and recognition initiatives.
- Analyze and manage appraisal processes, KPIs/VGIs, and ensure adherence to P&C guidelines regarding ratings, budget utilization, promotions, and pay parity.
- Handhold people managers and leaders to provide career pathing, mentoring, and coaching to their teams, fostering strong team engagement.
- Raise early warning signals through EEP connects and work proactively with leaders to prevent attrition and retain top talent.
- Conduct exit connects for outgoing employees and collaborate with business leadership to retain turbo talent.
- Adhere to EEP playbooks and timelines, ensuring high Playbook Execution Scores (PES) for self and team.
- Analyze data on attrition forecasting, KPI analysis, and prepare dashboards for report outs, contributing to operas and playbooks around P&C processes.
We seek candidates with a Master's degree in HR, at least 2 years of experience as an HRBP, EEP or HR Generalist in a progressive organization, proficiency in data analytics, and excellent communication skills, assertiveness, speed to execution, proactiveness, and end-to-end ownership.
A hands-on approach to Microsoft and Google Suite applications is essential.
