Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Insights Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and developing a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on therapeutic areas, product portfolios, competitors, and industry trends using various data sources.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including prescription trends, market share, brand performance, patient flow, and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic initiatives, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Identify opportunities in new therapy areas, geographies, or product launches based on market insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Pharmacy, Statistics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical market research, analytics, or consulting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Strong expertise in leveraging AI and automation solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations.
