KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Insights Leadership
Partner with stakeholders to frame and execute impactful studies, such as: Promotion elasticity and analysisCustomer KPI Development
Define the KPIs that provide visibility into customer lifecycle, behaviour patterns, and engagement drivers.Insights Backlog Management
Own and manage the analytics backlog: triage incoming requests, prioritize between quick wins and strategic deep dives, and communicate findings effectively across teams.Team Leadership & Development
Manage and mentor a two-analyst pod Provide guidance on prioritization, analytical methodology, and hypothesis-driven problem solving Drive the team's growth and operational excellence.AI & Advanced Analytics
Scout, evaluate, and pilot AI tools that can democratize insights and enhance decision-making across business users.Data Strategy & Governance
Partner with IT and data engineering teams to influence data infrastructure and quality. Set standards for data quality and source-of-truth metricsCheck Your Resume for Match
