Job Title: Senior Business Insight Manager\

Overview: This senior role requires an exceptional individual with outstanding problem-solving skills, a strong emphasis on scalable and automated frameworks, and a passion for increasing business knowledge relevant to a given function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Influence decision-making processes by providing fact-based insights and thought-partnership to functional leaders, resulting in better outcomes within dedicated functions.\
  • Establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, and analysis questions to identify the health of the business for specific functions.\
  • Ensure team members maximize their time on intended work while minimizing other efforts through automation, process simplification, and hands-on partnership.\
  • Lead cross-functional teams for special projects without a clear owner, such as M&A integration and Agile Initiatives.\
  • Drive the development of overall Services analytic infrastructure, focusing on optimizing systems and centrally aggregating data.\

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, emphasizing scalability and automation.\
  • Strong business knowledge relevant to a specific Services function, with a passion for increasing knowledge.\
  • Excellent command of relevant datasets, databases, and data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, ETL Processes, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce).\
  • Strong technical orientation, with experience in product management-style collaboration and third-party technical system configuration.\
  • Generalist mentality with a well-rounded skill set, previous consulting experience beneficial.\
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels.\
