About the Role:

  • Develop key insights and analytics to facilitate growth opportunities for our business.
  • Partner with multiple business units to create therapy specific insights and analytics.
  • Responsible for synthesizing and triangulating market size and share trends, as well as developing analyses on the macro environment.
  • Provide project management support in key projects and assist business leadership with data and insights to develop commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insights (Customer, Market and Competition):
    • Analyze sales and prescription audits to translate into market size and share trends.
    • Develop relevant actionable insights related to therapeutic areas.
    • Synthesize and triangulate market information to facilitate strategic planning and opportunity quantification.
  • Data Analytics Support:
    • Develop data toolkits and analytics support to facilitate business and strategic planning.
    • Organize and manage market information databases to track performance in therapeutic areas of interest.
  • Project Management Support:
    • Support key projects by providing project management expertise.
    • Assist business leadership with data and insights to develop commercial strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
