Job Opportunity:

Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team as a Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with a global team of consultants and Fortune 100 clients to understand their vision and help them devise inorganic and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with global clients across various industries to synthesize key takeaways by structuring ambiguous problems, consolidating information sources, analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data, and presenting interpretations to the project team.
  • Develop corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies, conduct commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screen M&A targets.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients by playing an active role in firm-building initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in building a career in Strategy and M&A Consulting.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills, fluent in PowerPoint and Excel, with ability to conduct thorough market research on S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, Bloomberg, and other platforms.
  • Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • An enterprising and collaborative professional with ability to work in a team.
  • Exposure in international client geographies (North America/Western Europe/Asia-Pacific & Japan) will be considered favorably.
  • Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses/ Big 4 / boutique consulting / corporate strategy / corporate development background is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree from premier institutes globally or India.
