We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a managerial role focused on talent acquisition systems. This position will be responsible for leading Workday Recruiting and Onboarding system administration, ensuring alignment with compliance and recruiting best practices.

About the Role

This Manager, HCM Solutions will lead a team of analysts, partner with HR, TA, and IT stakeholders, and ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Workday Recruiting and Onboarding system administration, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensuring alignment with compliance and recruiting best practices.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and COEs to design workflows, integrations, and reporting aligned with Position Management and HCM processes.
  • Maintaining the TA Technology Roadmap, including vendor contracts, integrations, and system lifecycle planning.
  • Providing support and guidance for core HCM modules, including Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Talent, ensuring data integrity and process alignment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years HR technology experience, with hands-on Workday Recruiting/Onboarding configuration and at least one core HCM module (Compensation, Absence, Time, Talent).
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members preferred.
  • Strong understanding of TA processes, compliance requirements, Position Management, core HR modules, and Compensation structures.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, and project management skills able to partner effectively across HR, TA, and IT.
