2) Develop sustainable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
3) Employment branding initiatives
4) Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
5) Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
7) Assist in employee retention and development
8) Organize and attend career fairs, assessment centers and other similar events
9) Use metrics to create recruitment reports and identify areas of improvement
10) IQ and EQ evaluations
12) Experience within the trading industry will be an advantage
