Job Title: Executive - HR and Administration

This role is responsible for the overall management of HR and administrative functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard, induct, orientate and assimilate new joiners into the team, business unit or location.
  • Conduct employee engagement and team building activities including one-to-one connections, fun events and sports.
  • Manage performance through quarterly check-ins, skip-level meetings and annual appraisals.
  • Handle employee queries, address concerns, resolve conflicts and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Implement strategies to improve employee retention through exit interviews and recommendations.
  • Enhance the employee experience at every touchpoint.
  • Support corporate learning and development teams as required.
  • Maintain facility operations, including space management and interior design.
  • Oversee electrical systems, air conditioning, fire and safety protocols, internet connectivity and minor projects.
  • Coordinate soft services such as housekeeping, security and indoor plants.
  • Manage the cafeteria and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and approvals.
