  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily underwriting pipeline and queues to ensure timely movement, balanced workloads, and efficient resource allocation.
  • Lead the Credit Analyst team to deliver high-quality credit analysis, train and mentor the team to adhere to underwriting quality metrics.
  • Provide guidance on escalated or complex underwriting scenarios, supporting smooth loan flow and fostering team development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, drive process enhancements, and improve turnaround times.
  • Requirements:
  • PG/Master's degree from a premier college with a specialization in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Additional financial qualifications such as US CFA Level 2+ or FRM Level 2.
  • Experience in credit analysis, especially in the real estate industry, with exposure to the US market.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
