Trade Credit Expert Role

Fulcrum Digital, a forward-thinking digital services company, seeks a seasoned Trade Credit professional to support its operations.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Trade Credit and insurance operations, coupled with exceptional communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.

  1. A minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in supporting clients within Trade Credit operations is required.
  2. Strong background in Insurance operations related to Trade Credit is essential.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis), is necessary.
  4. Comfortable using client systems and maintaining accurate operational data.
  5. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
  6. Ability to effectively participate in calls and collaborate with global teams.
  7. Ability to manage operational inventory and meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  8. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills is vital.
  9. Capability to identify, implement, and manage process improvements within operations.
  10. Flexibility to work with US time zones during calls and meetings.
  11. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
