Microsoft Dynamics Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to work closely with cross-functional teams, including trading, risk, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics systems.

  • Engage with trading, risk, operations, and finance teams to gather business requirements and map them to Microsoft Dynamics system functionalities.
  • Manage the full trade lifecycle, including trade capture, validation, confirmation, logistics/scheduling, risk exposure calculation, settlement, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Support key risk management activities:
  • Mark-to-market valuations
  • Daily P&L reporting and reconciliation
  • Market and credit risk exposure analysis
  • Hedge effectiveness tracking
  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics systems to meet commodity-specific requirements (Energy, Metals, Agriculture, Softs, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate integration of market data feeds for pricing and risk analytics.
  • Collaborate on logistics and scheduling modules, including pipeline, shipping, storage, and nominations.
  • Assist with settlement processes such as invoicing, payment matching, and accruals.
  • Work closely with IT teams to implement system enhancements, interface integrations, and data migration.
  • Conduct various types of system testing (UAT, regression, performance) and document results.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting standards.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and production support.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics systems and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with trade lifecycle management, risk management, and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of commodity-specific requirements and market data feeds.
