Senior Credit Associate Role

We are seeking an experienced credit professional to fill a key position in our team. The successful candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant experience and will work closely with our lending team to support underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals. They will also possess excellent writing skills and the ability to prepare professional reports and memos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft clear and comprehensive credit memos for transactions.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets.
  • Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.
  • Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of credit analysis/underwriting experience with financial institutions or lenders.
  • Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
