Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Human Resource Manager to lead our day-to-day HR operations and contribute to the strategic growth of our organization.
Main Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles including sales executives, site engineers, marketing professionals, customer relationship managers, and corporate staff.
- Employee Onboarding: Design and deliver structured onboarding programs tailored to different functions (sales, site, back office).
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance management systems (KRA/KPI based for sales & site staff).
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps through performance reviews and employee feedback.
- HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement initiatives (festivals, recognition programs, team activities).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience (real estate, construction, or sales-driven industries preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and HRMS tools.
