Program Management Leader for Growth

Job Overview
Rupeek is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Leader to drive growth by leading our academy and overseeing fresher hiring, training, and distribution scaleup. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in program management, particularly in fresher hiring and academy operations.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Take ownership of Rupeek academy from sourcing and training to driving promotion and integration into our field workforce.
- Goal Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), along with the academy's profit and loss statement.
- Execution and Implementation: Design and execute plans and initiatives around sourcing high-potential freshers in collaboration with HR, training, and driving fungibility and transition of field teams to increased productivity, market share, and wider distribution.
- Training Program Development: Design and execute a best-in-class training program to ensure top frontline talent constantly moves up the ladder and remains engaged with the organization.
- Progress Monitoring: Establish robust tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and performance for all initiatives and frontline employees.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear and concise progress reports on initiatives to top management and effectively communicate program updates, challenges, and successes to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure support and alignment with program objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in program design and execution and implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from stakeholders and team members.
Salary Estimate
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in fresher hiring and training, preferably in running or setting up a field sales academy.
- Experience working in the intersection of HR and business teams.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful program implementation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
