Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Program Manager- Monetization at Husk Power in Mumbai. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing revenue generation strategies by cross-selling, up-selling and CLTV maximization across multiple channels including in-house platform and third party channels. The Program Manager will be the owner of developing and implementing monetization programs, and managing financial performance metrics to drive business growth and sustainability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in Program/ Monetization/ Business Development
- Experience in revenue generation strategies and program monetization
- Data analysis, financial analysis, and performance metrics management skills
- Project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Proficiency in financial forecasting and budgeting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
