We are hiring for our client CarInfo.
Overview: The Program Manager plays a critical role in planning executing and delivering programs within an organization. As a key leader the Program Manager ensures that programs align with the organizations strategic objectives and are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. They oversee a diverse portfolio of programs driving operational excellence and fostering collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program management standards processes and tools
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers
  • Oversee the planning and closure of multiple programs simultaneously
  • Monitor program performance and track key metrics to ensure goals are met
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with program objectives
  • Manage program budgets and resource allocation
  • Communicate program status risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
  • Proven experience in program management with a track record of successfully delivering complex programs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop highperforming teams
  • Expertise in program management tools and techniques
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective decisionmaking and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Thorough understanding of financial management and budgeting
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in program management
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
  • Adaptability and resilience in managing program complexities
  • Strategic thinking and vision for longterm program success
  • Commitment to upholding highest ethical standards in program management
