Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud HCM Technical Specialist to join our team.

This role involves serving as an individual contributor with broad knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with a global support team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
  • Interacting with offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules)
  • Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in Core HR, OTL, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests; requirement analysis and documentation of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Working collaboratively on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Managing System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD (instance) management and provisioning, system configuration, and risk management.
  • Unit test all high level functionality including staging test scenarios and Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery to client.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end to end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules.
  • Efficient and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, engaging directly with clients on detailed technical discussion.
  • Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
  • Familiarity with Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader and Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services.
  • BI Publisher (RTF design /e-text /Scheduling /Parameter Handling/Bursting /backup and migration of reports to different pods).
  • Visual Builder Studio experience with extending application pages and migrating changes between instances.
  • HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard experience.
  • Transformation formula and automating the inbound loads into HCM using HDL experience.
  • Sysadmin activities, code deployment process and quality assurance experience.
  • Extending Cloud through the personalization layer experience.
