Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant Job Description

As a Fusion HCM Payroll Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining our payroll systems. This position requires expertise in integrating multiple systems to ensure seamless data flow.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Fusion HCM Payroll Expert with in-depth knowledge of payroll processing, including pay tables, pay run results, and fast formulas for calculations, validations, and element configurations.

You will be responsible for creating spreadsheet loaders and developing analysis reports of simple to medium complexity. A strong understanding of payroll elements, fast formulas, and costing setup is essential for this role. Additionally, knowledge of payroll flows, checklists, and payroll processing is necessary to succeed in this position.

  • We require a candidate with excellent technical skills in payroll management, including experience with HCM Data loader, HDL, HCM spreadsheet data loader, and HSDL.

This role involves working closely with the functional team to assess the technical feasibility against business requirements, define the technical design document, build prototypes, develop code packages, and migrate to different environments.
