Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HR processes and be able to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

  • This role requires a minimum of 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll with any module combination).
  • The successful candidate will lead RFP responses, collaborate with sales and technical teams, and map business requirements to Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  • Key responsibilities include configuring Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs, and documenting application setups.
  • The consultant will troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules, conduct client demos, and develop end-user documentation and training materials.
