Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM, with expertise in Absence and OTL modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional consulting services to clients on Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Absence and OTL modules.
  • Develop and implement solutions for client projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and pre-sales, to deliver end-to-end solutions to clients.
  • Analyze client requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and releases of Oracle Cloud HCM and provide guidance to clients on best practices and implementation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in functional areas of work with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud in Absence, OTL, and any other module.
  • Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Good understanding and work experience in Fast Formulas.
  • Ability to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
  • Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills.
  • Good command over spoken & written English.
  • Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
  • Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issue.
