Are you an experienced Oracle Fusion technologist seeking a new challenge? We are looking for a skilled consultant to join our team as an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant.
Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
- Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion and Time and Labor (OTL)
- Strong understanding of functional business processes and technical capabilities
- Ability to build complex formulas using Fast Formula
